Music Notes: Spring Music Major Audition Day

The Fresno State Department of Music Audition Day provides prospective students an opportunity to audition in front of department faculty to gain entrance into the program as a music major and become eligible for departmental scholarships.
Auditions for singers, instrumentalists and the Bulldog Beat ensemble will all take place on the same day. Students who are auditioning for more than one area will be scheduled for separate auditions times.
High school, transfer and graduate students who have applied for admission to Fresno State for the 2017-2018 academic year are eligible to audition.
The Bulldog Beat will also hold its scholarship consideration auditions. The music is found at the bulldogmarchingband.com website. Please contact Eileen Ezacharczyp at ezacharczyp@csufresno.edu to schedule a Bulldog Beat audition.
Presentations about the Department of Music will be offered throughout the day culminating in a faculty-student concert in the Fresno State Concert Hall.

Fresno State Choir Auditions

All Majors Welcome

Calling ALL majors! Spots are available in all sections in the Fresno State Concert Choir (our largest mixed choir) and the Fresno State Men’s and Women’s Choir. Students of all ages and academic concentrations may audition for any of the Fresno State choirs. Auditions for the Spring 2017 semester will take place on Jan. 17-18, 2017.
