For sports, Katie Gogo from San Diego sits down with Joslyn Ramirez, a bikini competitor who trains every single day while following a strict diet in order to showcase her athleticism on the big stage.

In entertainment, Adilene Quintana shows us a virtual reality arcade in offering a new way to experience fun in the Central Valley.
