Lorenz Keyboard Series: Pianist Rafal Blechacz April 7

Award-winning pianist Rafal Blechacz will perform at  8 p.m. Friday, April 7, at the Concert Hall in the Music Building at Fresno State as part of the Philip Lorenz Memorial Keyboard Concert Series.

Blechacz will perform works by J.S. Bach, Beethoven and Chopin.

Since winning all prizes at the 2005 Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw, Blechacz has established himself firmly on the international concert scene and is celebrated by both the audience and the press worldwide for his profound and virtuosic interpretations.

Most recently, Blechacz was awarded a prestigious Gilmore Artist Award in recognition of his brilliant achievements and passionate commitment to his art.

Tickets are $25 general, $18 for seniors and $5 for students. Free parking is available in Lot P1 (Shaw and Maple avenues). INFO and tickets: 559.278.2337.
