President’s Quintet to perform with harpist Ellie Choate

The President’s Quintet, Fresno State’s premiere scholarship wind ensemble, will be perform with harpist Ellie Choate in a special benefit for the College Community Church Arts Fund. They will perform works from Choate’s new CD, “Crown of Glory.”

The President’s Quintet consists of Sam Kennedy on French Horn, Katrina Bissett on flute,Brooke Ferdinandsen on oboe, Nathaniel Camp on bassoon and Katie Winter on clarinet. Dr. Teresa Beaman directs the ensemble.

The concert will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at Community College Church, 2529 Willow Ave. A $10 donation is suggested. Information is available by calling 559.291.3344.
