In 1990, Dr. Jerry Bryan, professor of international marketing, carried a giant VHS video camera to record the students’ experience during the London Semester. After editing a nearly two-hour newsreel-style video, he gave a copy of the video to Eric Maul, who went on the trip with 54 other students. Sadly, Dr. Bryan has since passed away, but his work with the London Semester lives on through the video he created.
Last summer, Maul, who is now the Director of Development for the College of Science and Math, found the video and gave the College of Arts and Humanities a digitized copy. We sat down with him to hear his reflections on the trip and take a trip down memory lane with Dr. Bryan’s video.
